Father sentenced to 4 years and 3 months imprisonment.

    Prosecuted by Anne Richardson, a father has been sentenced to four years and three months imprisonment having pleaded guilty to unlawfully inflicting grievous bodily harm and cruelty on his young son.  His partner admitted cruelty to a person aged under 16.
