Victoria Hale

Victoria practices exclusively in family law.

Victoria practised in crime for a number of years, prosecuting and defending. She has also worked at the Nursing and Midwifery Council in professional regulation. This background means that Victoria has significant advocacy experience.

 

Victoria appears in a wide range of hearings in Children Act matters for example in: multi day contested interim and final hearings, deprivation of liberty cases, leave to oppose adoption applications, discharge applications and contact applications. Victoria also represents parents and Guardians in private law matters.

Victoria has come to Chambers with an in-depth knowledge of Local Authority policies and procedures so has an expertise of explaining the application of such and providing specialist advice
