Sarah Preest

Sarah commenced her sole Family Pupillage in October 2021 under the supervision of Ravinder Randhawa.

Before becoming a member of the Bar, Sarah had a successful career in various departments of a Local Authority. In the four years preceding her pupillage Sarah worked within the legal department of a Local Authority dealing with proceedings in care, private children’s law, Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and the Court of Protection.

Sarah’s strong communication skills and personable nature means that she has a natural ability to successfully network between both professional and lay clients and her preparation and analysis of cases ensures that she gives pertinent and reasoned advice. Sarah has a cheerful sense of humour that can immediately put people at ease, this attribute has also enabled her to deal with some of the more emotionally charged cases that she has been involved in.

In her spare time Sarah can be found walking her five dogs along the beach on the East Coast.
