What does the current case-law say with regards to boundary disputes, nuisance, trespass, rights to light and other easements?
In this seminar, Sam Healy will give a practical review of recent case law relating to domestic property disputes. He will discuss issues relating to boundaries, rights of way and restrictive covenants, and may touch on other related topics such as nuisance, trespass, and right to light. As well as providing a case-law update, Sam will be speaking from his extensive experience as a property litigator, and therefore dealing with these topics from a practical rather than academic viewpoint.
