synopsis
Patrick Upward has particular expertise in white collar crime and serious criminal offences. Being a competent computer user he is regularly instructed to defend complicated white collar crime. He also defends cases involving drugs, terrorism, murder and organised crime.
In the last 2 years he has defend successfully in terrorism training camp case, the airline bombers case and has also been involved in cases relating to gangland murders. He has successfully defended in a number of matters relating sexual offences and has dealt with various cases of multi-million pound frauds.
As a member of the Midland Circuit he is regularly seen in the circuits Crown Courts, as well as many of the London Crown Courts, particularly the Central Criminal Court, Southwark and Woolwich.
