synopsis

Gordon Lindhurst has a general civil practice with particular emphases in commercial law, employment law, property law and personal injuries. He is a reporter for the official Scottish law reports, Session Cases.

Prior to calling to the Scottish bar, Gordon trained as a solicitor with a well-established WS firm in Edinburgh and studied law on the continent. His LLM studies included European commercial law, copyright law and church law.

In 2008 Gordon qualified as a barrister in England
