synopsis
Donald MacFaul is an experienced defence barrister and a former Principal Crown Prosecutor. He has a wide ranging practice, from homicide cases to confiscation proceedings, from animal cruelty to serious dangerous dog cases.
His practice is primarily in the Crown Court. He is experienced in conducting cases in the Court of Appeal.
