Crispin is recommended in Chambers UK as a leading family law specialist. He has an increasing emphasis on high value financial and property matters.
He concentrates on complex care work in the High Court and particularly on difficult financial cases arising from divorce, separation of cohabiting partners and civil partners.
He has a very strong background in dealing with intractable residence and contact disputes and acting for the children in public law cases.
He also has a developing case load in the Court of Protection.
