Since 1975 Colin has exclusively been a criminal advocate in all areas for prosecution and defence.
Over the years he has conducted numerous murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, rape, serious sexual assaults (both historic and recent) with child and adult victims, along with cruelty and neglect. Drug importation/production conspiracy and distribution both local and national. Public disorder from riot, violent disorder, affray including the miners’ strike, Bradford riots, inter-gang warfare. Gun crime driven by shootings etc. Fraud and duty evasion (FRA diesel washing).
Colin has been cited in Chambers Directory 4 years in succession. He has appeared in all forums, mainly Crown Courts, Court of Appeal, and Divisional.
